Bounty Ledge

Bounty Ledge is a maisonette accessed by a private staircase from ground level.

​

Enter from pavement through single door and directly ahead is a fully-carpeted straight staircase with banister to the left.

​

At the top of the stairs is a carpeted landing with three doors leading to the lounge, kitchen diner, and bathroom. All are self-contained.

​

The lounge is carpeted, with ample floor space and one three-seater sofa plus two armchairs and a Poang chair.

​

The kitchen has a lino floor and the table has seating for six which includes two stools.

​

The bathroom has a lino floor and includes a standard-sized basin, toilet, and standard-sized bath with electric shower and shower curtain. There are grab rails in and above the bath.

​

To access the bedrooms there is another carpeted staircase with a 90 degree turn to the right and this leads to a further carpeted landing and three more doors into the bedrooms.

​

The twin bedroom is situated at the front of the property and is the only room in the property with reduced headroom (to one side). The room is spacious enough to accommodate two chairs as well as the beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and space under the eaves for a fold-up bed if required.

​

The double bedroom is located at the rear of the property and the bed has access from both sides as well as a window either side of the bed.

​

The single bedroom is small and the bed is only accessible from one side as it is next to the window.

Little Ledge

Little Ledge is a small ground floor apartment with patio garden.

​

Access is from Buzza Street through a private gate. There is one step up before the front door and then a step down into the entrance lobby.

​

Immediately to the right is a utility room with one step up and second to the right is the small shower room with one step up. The shower is inside a glass cubicle with door opening outwards. The washbasin is standard size.

​

A further door to the left leads into the main room of the property which is all on one level with three windows opening out onto the patio garden. The room is part lino and part carpeted. The double bed is against a wall but can be pulled out if access from both sides is required. There are two armchairs and the dining table is extendable with two stools.
