Little Ledge is a self-contained ground floor apartment with its own private courtyard right in the heart of Hugh Town, St Mary's. Less than one minute's walk from both Porthcressa and Town beach.

Little Ledge makes incredible use of its limited space providing well laid out kitchen with fold out table, comfortable seating area and double bed with TV. There is also a shower room and small utility room with washing machine.

The courtyard has high granite walls, seating for two, and a wide variety of flowers including roses, fuchsias, geraniums and nasturtiums. There is also a washing line.
