The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen diner, bathroom and entrance hall. The bedrooms include one double, one single and one twin room with space for a fold up bed or cot. The lounge is spacious and has panoramic views of the harbour and off islands. The kitchen is a comfortable size, with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining table and seating for six. The bathroom has an electric overbath shower.  All linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. Electricity and WiFi are included in the tariff during the main season but electricity is charged for separately during the winter months.

The property is self-contained and access is through a front door at ground level and then there is a flight of stairs leading to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom, and then another flight of stairs leads to the three bedrooms on the top floor. There is no garden but Holgate's Green and Town beach are just across the road.
