Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non returnable deposit for 1/3 of the rental and the

balance will be due six weeks prior to your holiday. We do not charge booking fees/hidden extras but electricity is charged for separately during the off season (November-March). Please enquire for off season rates and availability.
